1. Free Trial Period

PasteIt offers a 14-day free trial period. No refund is necessary during this period as no payment is required.

2. Paid Service Refund Period

After payment, the following refund policy applies:

• Within 7 days of payment: Full refund available, no questions asked.
• Between 7 and 14 days: 50% refund available with a brief explanation.
• After 14 days: No refund is generally available.

3. Special Circumstances

In cases of significant service interruptions or technical issues, we may extend the refund period or offer additional compensation. Long-term users may be eligible for special consideration.

4. Pro-rata Refunds

For annual subscriptions cancelled mid-term, a pro-rata refund may be issued based on unused months.

5. Data Handling

Upon refund, user data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion. Users can request immediate data deletion if desired.

6. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

7. Refund Restrictions

Users who have violated our Terms of Service or have abused the service are not eligible for refunds.
